This test chart was developed by JBMIA to judge the conformance of a scanner
as a capturing device to measure the image quality attributes specified
in ISO/IEC 24790 “Information Technology — Office equipment — Measurement
of image quality attributes for hardcopy output — Monochrome text and graphic”.
The technical details of the chart are described in Annex E and Annex C
in ISO/IEC 24790.

This sample program is developed by Japanese members of ISO/IEC JTC1 SC28/WG4
to evaluate the conformance of a scanner as a capturing device to measure the image quality attributes specified in
ISO/IEC 24790:2017 "Information Technology — Office equipment — Measurement of image quality attributes for hardcopy
output — Monochrome text and graphic" and ISO/IEC 24790:2017/Amd 1:2022. The procedures to use the program are described in "Measurement Procedure_24790Amd_conformance_en.pdf" included with this tool folder.
It is confirmed that the program can be operated under Windows 10 (32 and 64 bit).
The users who acknowledge the following conditions are permitted to download and use this program.
